1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (subject to product restrictions – see Section 4).

We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping:
We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Hazardous Materials: Due to air safety regulations, certain items, such as perfumes containing alcohol, are considered hazardous materials. These items can only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- Restrictions for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We can ship to these locations, but only items that are not considered hazardous materials. Hazardous materials (like most perfumes) cannot be shipped to these destinations. This will be clearly indicated on the product page for any restricted items.
At Sunlit Scent, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a fragrance might not be exactly what you expected. This Refund Policy outlines our return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: We accept returns of fragrance products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new or gently used condition. This means the product should not be significantly used or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet this condition.
Original Packaging: All returned items must include the original packaging and packing slip. This helps us process your return efficiently.
Non-returnable item: Gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@SunlitScent.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus the original shipping charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days. business days for your return to be processed and the refund to be credited to your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Refused/Undeliverable package: If the order gets refused by the recipient or the delivery address provided is incorrect, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@SunlitScent.com with photos of the damage or the incorrect product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases. We will offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
While rare, packages can sometimes be lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we will assist you. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. We insure all packages.
