- Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges or applicable taxes, which will be added to your total order price.

- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Sunlit Scent pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to regulations, certain items (e.g., those containing alcohol) may have shipping restrictions and can only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: We accept returns of new or gently used fragrance products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy Page. All returns must include the original packing slip.
- Refunds: A refund will be issued to your original method of payment, after deducting the original shipping cost.
- Non-returnable item: Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@SunlitScent.com with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
