How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
While rare, packages can sometimes be lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we will assist you. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately.
